Возврат возможен только до начала работы.

Если работа начата (скетч выполнен или этапы уже предоставлены) — возврат невозможен.

В процессе работы я предоставляю этапы: скетч, лайн и финальный рендер.

Первые 5 правок на этапе скетча/лайна - бесплатно.

Дополнительные правки - от $10, в зависимости от сложности.

Правки после финального этапа, влияющие на структуру рисунка - не принимаются.

Итоговый файл предоставляется в формате PNG.

PSD или исходные файлы не предоставляются, если это не оговорено как отдельная услуга.

Автор сохраняет все авторские права на работу.

Клиент получает право только на личное использование.

Запрещено: коммерческое использование без согласования и дополнительной оплаты; использование рисунка в AI-тренировках, генераторах или нейросетевых проектах; перепродажа или передача прав третьим лицам.

Я оставляю за собой право публиковать итоговую работу в своих социальных сетях и портфолио.

The final work cannot be used for commercial purposes, only for personal use. I publish the final work on my social media. If you do not need to be marked, please inform me immediately.

The final work cannot be used for training AI or any similar generations.

In the process of work, I show sketch/sketches and some stages of work to you.

I make edits only at the sketch and line stage. The first 5 edits are free. Further edits from $10 depending on their scale.

For a private order there is an additional fee, the amount of which depends on the scale of work.

The whole process I will be in touch with you and warn about any situations that may affect the speed of the order.

The final result is provided in PNG format.
